The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas will adhere to the following holiday schedule, subject to the needs of the Court:

Thursday, November 23        Closed in observance of Thanksgiving (federal holiday)
Friday, November 24             All divisions will be closed except Beaumont, which will be open from 8:00 am - noon. 

Friday, December 22             All divisions will be closed except ​Tyler, which will be open from 8:00 am - noon. 
Monday, December 25           Closed in observance of Christmas (federal holiday)

Monday January 1                  Closed in observance of New Year’s Day (federal holiday)
