The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas is accepting applications for three Term Law Clerk positions to the Honorable J. Campbell Barker, U.S. District Judge. These positions will begin in August 2023 and will end in August 2024. The term law clerk provides critical support by conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda, orders, and draft opinions on both civil and criminal cases.
